01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 75plusph ("75plusph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://75plusph.vip and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 75plusph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 75plusph.

02Eligibility

Access to and use of the 75plusph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, 75plusph strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their legal capacity may not use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 75plusph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 75plusph or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.

03Account Registration

To access the full range of 75plusph services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 75plusph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 75plusph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

• You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• 75plusph reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel an existing account at its sole discretion.

All information provided during registration is subject to our Privacy Policy. 75plusph may conduct identity verification checks at any time and may request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

75plusph supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Specific minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• 75plusph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting documentation to verify the source of funds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• 75plusph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges, for which 75plusph accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds deposited into your 75plusph account that remain unused for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in the Platform's fee schedule.

05Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 75plusph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

75plusph uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and unpredictable. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and independently verified.

• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at 75plusph's discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, 75plusph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• 75plusph's decision on all gameplay disputes is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

06Bonuses & Promotions

75plusph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• 75plusph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• 75plusph reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

07Responsible Gaming

75plusph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. 75plusph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.
• 75plusph cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and may refer players to PAGCOR's support resources where appropriate.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75plusph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to chip dumping, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 75plusph staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the 75plusph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 75plusph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 75plusph.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75plusph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

75plusph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 75plusph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11Termination

75plusph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 75plusph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

13Amendments

75plusph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
